All attendees, vendors, partners, musicians, sponsors, service providers, volunteers and staff must comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Conditions of Entry, and all reasonable directions issued by festival staff.
2.2 Registration and Tickets
All attendees must hold a valid ticket to enter the festival grounds.
Tickets are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel, or revoke any ticket or registration at our discretion.
2.3 Refunds and Transfers
2.3.1 Refunds
All ticket sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect purchase, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, weather conditions, or personal circumstances.
Ticket revenue is committed in advance to venue hire, infrastructure, staffing, entertainment, safety services, equipment, supplier bookings and other operational costs required to deliver the event. As a result, refunds are not viable once a ticket has been purchased.
Refund requests will only be considered in extreme or exceptional circumstances. Any such requests must be submitted in writing directly to the Event Organiser at admin@atasteofthehills.com.au and will be assessed at the sole discretion of the Organiser. Approval is not guaranteed.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be contacted with further information.
2.3.2 Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person at any time prior to the event.
The original ticket holder is responsible for updating attendee details via Humanitix or by contacting the festival team at admin@atasteofthehills.com.au.
